Constellation Wine Dinner at Composition Café

Here’s some new foodie news for you- Chef Elliot Baldridge has moved from SoDo to Composition Café recently. He told me over casual conversation that he was looking for a new opportunity to expand his culinary career and work in an exciting environment. With all of the events scheduled for the year at the museum it’s looking like he will have no shortage of creative outlets.

Constellation Wine Dinner

The crew is kicking off a series of wine tastings on February 8th. Constellation Brands is one of the world’s largest wines brands, with labels from all over the world. Composition Café will pair selections from their international portfolio with a host of culinary treats.

Hors D’ Oeuvres

Entrée Course

Pairing: Mount Veeder Cabernet Sauvignon

Herb Roasted Chateaubriand, Roasted Butternut Squash and Yukon Gold Puree, Hericot Vert, Smoked Blueberry Bordelaise, Fois Gras Butter

Dessert

Raspberry Chocolate Torte, Ginger Cardomom Ice Cream, Candied Black Cherry

Tickets are $85 per person plus tax and gratuity. Doors open at 5:00 and dinner starts at 6:00.
