Campo Beer Pairing Dinner in February

Jan 30th, 2013
By Clint Jolly

Locally and nationally, craft beer is gaining more momentum year after year. The subtle nuances of flavor and aroma can be paired with foods just as many chefs do with wine. I expect that we will be seeing a lot more of these events in Reno this year, at least I hope we do!

Campo is hosting their first (I believe) beer paired dinner on February 26th. They have paired up with The Brewing Lair from Blairsden, CA to create a four course menu showcasing the best of bubbles and creative cuisine.

Four courses and four beers for $45 plus tax and gratuity. Check out the menu below and call 775-737-9555 to make your reservations.
